Terms and Conditions

This Offer is being made and conducted by Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards) on behalf of ‘Softsens Consumer Products Pvt. Limited’ (Exclusively on purchase of personal care range) on following Terms and Conditions :-

1. Buy Softsens Baby product and get a unique code, use the code to avail cashback of Rs 25, Rs 50 and Rs 100 respectively.
2. The Offer is valid from 1st September, 2023 to 31st January, 2024 (both dates included) in selected cities, till stocks lasts, whichever is earlier.
3. Once the reward mode is selected it cannot be altered.
4. Offer is applicable and valid only twice per user, per house hold, per mobile number, per lifetime.
5. Entry to the Offer is void in States where prohibited/not allowed.
6. Softsens Baby products purchased as part of the Offer will not be taken back or exchanged.
7. Cashback code is personal to the participant and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
8. The Offer is open to residents of India above 18 years of age (“Participant”), except employees, agents, dealers, distributors, clients, and immediate families of the employees of Softsens Consumer Products Pvt. Limited, and Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards).
9. The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, is non encashable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
10. In case of any misuse or reverse engineering or fraud or disruption caused to the offer by any person and if the same is identified, Softsens Consumer Products Pvt. Limited and Kikoy promotions shall have the right to deny the participation or eligibility in the Offer and may take such action as may be allowed under applicable law.
11. In case of force majeure conditions, no liability in whatsoever manner shall fall upon the both the parties. Kikoy Promotions shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to the Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.
12. By participating in the Program, each participant agrees to hold harmless both the parties and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents, as well as all others associated with the development and execution of this Program, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Program.
13. Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards), its clients, agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
14. The Offer cannot be redeemed after the expiry of the Offer Period and the participant agrees to waive off right of redemption on the date of expiry of Offer Period.
15. If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider / National Do Not Call Registry / has requested not to receive messages for the campaign, they might not receive campaign messages and Softsens Consumer Products Pvt. Limited and Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards) are not liable for the same.
